Production area: Terraces of the western Ligurian coast

Soil: clay-loam calcareous soil

Harvest: mid September – mid October. Only ripped hand-picked grapes in small containers.

Vinification: short skin contact - spontaneous fermentation (only native yeast ) in barriques

Ageing: average 20 months “on lees” with bâtonnage

Filtration - clarifications: NONE

Production: 1.544 botles
