Vine’s age: 100% planted in 1970

Grape Yield: 7-9.000 plants/ha.

Soil: clay-loam calcareous soil

Harvest: end September – mid October. Only ripped grapes, hand-picked in small containers

Fermentations: spontaneous, only native yeasts

Vinification: maceration on skins for few days

Ageing: average 12 months “on the lies”

Filtering - fining: none

Production: 1.500 bottles

Alcohol: 13 %
